I have been experimenting with hiding vegetables in food. Really hiding them. If I didn't tell you they were there, you would never guess. The idea is simple. Eat more vegetables, eat less of everything else. Increase the nutrient value of everything we eat. It is not hard at all, and I have been shocked at what I can hide.
My sister said that I should start a blog, so here goes!
Everything I make is an experiment, and I am terrible at following recipes, so I imagine it won't all be great but... we will find out!
